Based in Tisbury, Wiltshire, The Big Easy were formed in June 2004 as a power rock/pop band primarily aimed at corporate entertainment.
Consisting of Sam Hughes (vocals), Walter Eddowes (guitar) and Oli Turner (drums), The Big Easy have quickly become an accomplished and popular act playing all types of gigs, recently including the Southampton Boat Show Gala Dinner, at the Friends Provident St Mary's Stadium.
Hi-Tech
The Big Easy put over the sound of a much bigger band. For all tracks, a live bass (recorded by Walter) and piano/keyboard parts provide the basis for the sound in the form of a backing track to which Oli, Walter and Sam play over.
Power Trio
Live the overall product is incredible, enabling The Big Easy to seamlessly move from artists as diverse as James Brown, Robbie Williams and Van Halen with ease, authentically replicating not only the song, but also the sound.
